H. M. Tucker and his daughter, Ruby T. Lee, were killed when the automobile in which they were traveling crossed into the left half of a 2-lane highway (U.S. 60) and collided with a truck headed in the opposite direction. This litigation, commenced by Mrs. Lees administrator against Mr. Tuckers administrator c.t.a., consists of claim and counterclaim for wrongful death, but the counterclaim in not involved in the appeal.
